Well loved toy but a bit tough for little hands4
My 2 year old son was going off bath time so I bought this toy to entice him back in - it worked!

It's a great little toy, lovely detail and clever design, however it's a bit tough for the age group it's designed for to use...

The door is very difficult to close and open (even for me!), the bubble bottle lid is hard to put on and the bubble creating button is difficult to push and create bubbles. This doesn't seem to overly bother my son and of course I'm always with him at bath time so on hand to help - but it does seem a shame since he quickly learnt how to use the washing mechanism on his own.

However, I still give it 4 stars because it has been a lifesaver for bath time enjoyment and I think it's very cute!

My son loves it but it's almost impossible to open!2
I bought this for my son to play with in the bath. Initially we all thought it was great, and he played with it all the time.
After a few weeks, the door started to become very difficult to open - neither myself or my husband can open it without using something to prise under the flap! Admittedly, my son still thinks it's great, and now just has to find something to jam underneath the door flap to open it.
Also, the drum sometimes doesn't spin and you have to manually turn it around to release it.
I have to say, I expected more durability from Tomy.

This washing machine is one of the best bath toys i have every bought, it has no batteries so it does not stop working after one use like some other toys. My boy's love it, the only problem is the door is really hard to open once closed but i can't fault it other than that.
